No credits after subscription purchased

We have renewed and updated the “WooCredits” plugin and again we have the same problem as before, so once the subscription is purchased there are no credits in the account (we are only able to manually change the credits amount im the user’s account).

All subscription products are set as “VIRTUAL”, so we’re not sure what’s wrong now.

Could you help?
