Problem booking with confirmation

Hi, i hav installed this app to allow user to pay booking with credits. When the booking is placed for verification {screenshot_1} i can pay with credit but the credit are not deducted and the order and the order is in euros and not in credits. when i validate the reservation in wp admin, the customer can pay for the reservation in these orders but the only payment method is stripe. the problem is quite crippling and urgent. thank you in advance for your help.
