Woocommerce + Subscription has inconsistent result

Hi, I have a problem with woocredit + WooCommerce Subscriptions.

I have set up the subscription to buy the credit Bundles of 1000 credits and 100000 credits.

But I noticed that the renewal of the credits are inconsistent.

1) All the time, a user will receive notification of renewal of subscription, but some users may not receive the credit.

2) Some of the users have some issue with reset credit, the credits are not reset to the package stated value. I am not sure what is the problem, because the users are linked to the same woocredit Bundle. But some will be reset, some will “add the credits” to the existing credits.

How can i send this for you to check?
